Community Involvement. Local Experience. A commitment to Hemet
Phil Lucas has called the Hemet Valley home since 1992. He and his wife are raising three children in the community he has spent decades serving.
Throughout his adult life, Phil has remained actively involved in the community through PTA events, coaching at local high schools, serving as President of the Baseball Committee at Valley-Wide Recreation, and, most recently, helping lead Hemet Little League for the past three years.
Phil has seen what Hemet has been, understands the challenges our community faces today, and believes in what Hemet can become.
